Yes, for patients who lose or damage their teeth, we provide a temporary solution called immediate denture milling. We do have spare ones. This is a very important service as it allows the patient to have a smile even when undergoing restoration, hence building confidence. 

Digital teeth can be used for dental crowns, dental bridges, dental inlays/onlays, implant-supported crowns, All-on-X full-arch restoration, and other restorations.

The shape of the digital teeth is designed using 3D dental CAD software like Exocad, 3Shape, or Dental Wings. Once a patient’s dentition is scanned, the design is manufactured out of zirconia, PMMA, or titanium with milling machines.

Yes, we offer a warranty for our dental restorations to minimize risk for our clients. Our restorations involve the use of zirconia crowns, dental bridges, and titanium implants which are manufactured with the finest of materials and perfect milling technology. If there are concerns regarding either the fit or functionality of the restoration within the warranty, then we contact the client and resolve the issue. Our warranty coverage for each of our products is also evidence of our quest for quality service and customer satisfaction.

At Final Cut Milling, we advise you that it is best to opt for either normal shipping or expedited shipping as that would ensure your restoration is delivered in good time. We partner with reliable carriers depending on where you are located and the urgency of the products to make sure they reach you safely. If you require dental milling services in South Florida, we usually provide them with local delivery a short while after receipt of the order while we target providing customers with nationwide delivery with the shipping services.

We do not generally encourage returning any dentures or their partials, or DENTAL TITANIUM CUSTOM ABUTMENT as they are custom-made however we accept returns only in case of any damage or quality issue. If your order does not work as you intended to fit, or any other functional aspect of it, you have a time of 7 days from the day of order receipt to get in touch with us so that we assist you in correcting it in any way you’d like.

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives with a defect of an incorrect fit, material problem or others, please report to our customer service department without wasting time. You must be able to give us particulars of the conflicts, and most likely we will ask you to send back the product for verification. After we establish the error, we will either give you a refund to provide a free replacement or re-do the restoration free of charge. 

The amount you are going to pay for shipping will greatly be dependent on the area you are located and the type of delivery you choose. For clients from Florida, the fee might be as low as nothing. Outside Florida international orders may have to pay additional shipping costs. As such, we will give you quotes for shipping fees during the process of checking out. 

Once you have received the order, contact us straight away if the order was damaged during delivery. Yes, we do provide an invoice that contains the details of the business transaction. These include detailed breakdowns of costs concerning the materials, the type of restoration, etc. Invoices are usually issued via email once the payment is approved.

Additional charges may apply for custom designs like Full Mouth Solutions All-on-4, or custom-designed implant hexes, due to the added difficulty and time required to design them. However, these custom works are done at a fixed price that we provide beforehand, so you know what you're spending on before the work is executed.

For large or custom orders, some clients may need to first pay a deposit to start production. This deposit guarantees for materials and resources to be set aside for you. The remaining balance will be paid at the end.

Orders can be made on the website. Orders can be made in existing formats ‘STL’ or the like, the desired materials selected like zirconia, titanium, PMMA, etc. and the order details confirmed. Through the process we will handle the job and let you know in each level of the job.

Order changes can be made according to the level of production already achieved. Please let us know if you require any changes. After the start of the milling processes, changes cannot be made.

Normally, we will have your orders ready in 2-3 working days. If the case is urgent we can do some prioritization.
