The shape of the digital teeth is designed using 3D dental CAD software like Exocad, 3Shape, or Dental Wings. Once a patient’s dentition is scanned, the design is manufactured out of zirconia, PMMA, or titanium with milling machines.

At Final Cut Milling, we advise you that it is best to opt for either normal shipping or expedited shipping as that would ensure your restoration is delivered in good time. If you require dental milling services in South Florida, we usually provide them with local delivery a short while after receipt of the order while we target providing customers with nationwide delivery with the shipping services.

What is your return policy how do I go about it?

We do not generally encourage returning any dentures or their partials, or DENTAL TITANIUM CUSTOM ABUTMENT as they are custom-made however we accept returns only in case of any damage or quality issue. If your order does not work as you intended to fit, or any other functional aspect of it, you have a time of 7 days from the day of order receipt to get in touch with us so that we assist you in correcting it in any way you’d like.

In what way can I get a refund for defective dental reconstructions?

Is a deposit required for large orders or customized orders?

For large or custom orders, some clients may need to first pay a deposit to start production. This deposit guarantees for materials and resources to be set aside for you. The remaining balance will be paid at the end. 

What do I have to do to receive any discount?

Discounts are provided for bulk orders, seasonal offers or if a client comes through a referral. Please provide additional information so that our team may tell you about the active discount offers that apply to your dental lab or clinic.

Am I allowed to change the order after it was submitted?

Order changes can be made according to the level of production already achieved. Please let us know if you require any changes. After the start of the milling processes, changes cannot be made.

How fast do you process orders?

Normally, we will have your orders ready in 2-3 working days. If the case is urgent we can do some prioritization.
