Shipping and Refund Policy

FinalCut is owned and operated by Venetian Dental Studio.

Our priority is to ensure that products reach our customers in a timely manner and in perfect condition. To maintain a clear and transparent experience, we have established this shipping and refund policy, which details the procedures related to the delivery of our products and the solutions available in case of defects or errors. We recommend that you read this policy carefully before placing an order, as by confirming your purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein.

 

1) SHIPPING POLICY

1.1. SHIPPING ZONES

  • FinalCut delivers throughout the United States.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS for delivery throughout the United States and South Florida Courier for local delivery.

All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). For security reasons, FinalCut will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

1.2. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed when placing the order. Please note that shipping costs may vary and depend on the weight of the product, the place of delivery of the order and the type of shipping selected by the customer (Ground, Second days, Overnight).

1.3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Depending on the complexity, quantity and service requested, we can evaluate the time needed to process your order. Normally, orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Order processing times depend on the type of product. Please refer to the following information:

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. (noon) or your order may not be processed until the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

1.4. SHIPPING TIMES

Once the order processing time is over, your order will be shipped according to the following times and shipping methods:

  • Ground: 3 - 5 business days
  • Second Days: 2 business days
  • Overnight: next day

Please note that the shipping times shown in this policy are estimates and will depend on the place of delivery of the order and the shipping times established by the courier companies.

1.5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order to be tracked through the corresponding courier company. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate courier company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

1.6. LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

FinalCut assumes full responsibility for any product lost or damaged during the shipping process. If your order does not arrive on the estimated date or if the product received is damaged in transit, we will manufacture a new product and reship it at no additional cost to you.

To report a lost or damaged product, we ask that you contact our customer service team within 7 business days of the estimated date of delivery or receipt of the damaged product. In case of damage, we will request clear photographs of the packaging and the affected product in order to proceed with the solution quickly and efficiently.

1.7. DELAYS

FinalCut is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, FinalCut is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

1.8. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

1.9. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

FinalCut will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address.

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.

1.10. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

FinalCut recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. FinalCut is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

1.11. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment FinalCut makes the product available to the customer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".

 

2) REFUND POLICY

2.1. NO REFUNDS

FinalCut does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including changes of opinion, errors in specifications provided by the customer, or any other situation not explicitly covered by this policy. By placing an order on our website, the customer accepts this no refunds policy in its entirety.

2.2. DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN PRODUCTS

If the customer receives a product that is broken or has verifiable manufacturing defects, FinalCut will replace the product at no additional cost. We do not require the customer to return the broken product.

2.3. ORDER ERRORS

If the customer receives a product that does not match the specifications provided in the order, FinalCut will manufacture and ship a new product at no additional cost. In this case, we do not request the return of the original item.

2.4. PROCESS FOR REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE

The customer must notify FinalCut of any defects or errors within 7 business days of receipt of the product. The notification must be sent via our customer service email or using the contact form available on our website, including:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the problem.
  • Clear photographs of the product received showing the alleged defect or error.

2.5. EXCLUSIONS

  • No exchanges will be made for problems resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the customer, errors in the models shipped or dental health conditions that affect the functionality of the product.
  • This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, improper installation or insufficient maintenance of the product by the customer or third parties.

2.6. LIMITS OF LIABILITY

FinalCut reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement under this policy after reviewing the evidence provided by the customer. In the event a replacement is approved, the new product will be manufactured and shipped within a reasonable time frame.

2.7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

  • FinalCut will not refund initial shipping costs or assume costs related to installation or adjustments made by third parties.
  • Customer will not incur additional shipping costs for replacement of a defective or incorrect product.
