Our Titanium Basic Bar Milling Service begins with receiving the STL file designed by the customer. We use Millbox to thoroughly analyze the digital library, ensuring an optimal result and a perfect fit over the implants. To ensure a smooth workflow, we encourage customers to specify all implant systems used. After completing calculations with our CAM software, Sum3D, we perform a simulation to verify tool paths and ensure all surfaces are milled accurately. We then proceed with milling, polishing, and quality checking before delivering the final product.
