Our Full Arch over Bar Design and Milling Service starts by gathering essential files: bar scan, gingiva scan, antagonist scan, bite registration scan, and temp guide scan. Using Exocad, we ensure proper thickness, functionality, and aesthetics. Integration of the TITANIUM BAR DESIGN AND MILLING SERVICE is often added to provide more design flexibility, which may require additional scans file like marker scans and implant system details. Once the design is complete, we conduct a design review using a 3D viewer for customer approval before finalizing the STL file.For milling, we utilize a specialized tool path strategy developed with Millbox and Sum3D, tailored for large cavity designs to ensure precision and quality. After milling with the selected PMMA and shade, we perform a rigorous quality check before delivering the final product.
