Our Titanium Coping Design and Milling service starts with detailed scans of the patient's mouth, including the maxilla, mandible, and bite registration. We design titanium copings to support porcelain applications, focusing on thickness, support, and precise parameters for an excellent fit and cement gap. Once the design is ready and the STL file is received, we analyze it with Millbox software and use a dedicated titanium milling machine. After milling, a thorough quality check ensures all surfaces and details meet high standards, ensuring a superior product ready for the porcelain.
