Titanium Custom Bar - Design & Milling Service

We collect all necessary scans and implant details to design a titanium framework with Exocad, optimizing the zirconia overlay for balance in retention and robustness. A 3D viewer is provided for your approval. After design confirmation, we analyze the STL file in Millbox, verify toolpaths with Sum3D, and send the file to the milling machine dedicated to titanium. Following this, we perform a microscopic inspection to ensure a perfect fit with the analog implant system. Final delivery is made only after confirming all specifications and fit.
